Sir ,this is to bring to your kind notice the following:
POINT 1)I opted for Airtel broadband service with monthly charges plan of Rs.649/- .At the time of connection the following were the specifications :
5GB of data download at the speed of 2MB/SEC and 256 KB/sec after that. This is an unlimited download plan and includes 100 free telephone calls also.
POINT 2)I feel cheated due to the following:
SUB POINT :A)Sincefebruary 2012 my plan has been updated to Rs.749/- per month from Rs.649/-per month without my prior permission and without prior intimation.This is very important because a customer only has the right to determine the financial viability and no one has the right to impose a financial obligation on the customer.
SUB POINT B)The data download speed has been substantially decreased and its not the same as what was assured at the time of connection.
SUB POINT C)The data download limit at the speed of 2MB/sec has been decreased without prior notice/intimation.
SUB POINT D)To my surprise the last bill amount that I paid for my connection was Rs.910/- which is exorbitant
If not satisfied I will be left with no other option than to deal the matter legally.
