Training Fees not refunded

Beware training fees they don't refund them if left unused. Cancelled my membership and discovered that LA Fitness had over $1700 on account for training fees. Called 5536 W Bell Rd Glendale AZ LA Fitness -has a different manager than when I originally joined after numerous messages manager never returned a single phone call. Contacted Corporate regarding refund of unused fees and told by Aylin Medina Fitness International, LLC Aylinm@fitnessintl.com 949.255.7330 phoneLA Fitness kept the fees even though no service was provided.I even tried getting assistance from Call 12 for Action and was told, "LA Fitness is often difficult to work with." Very expensive lesson. Unfortunately, LA Fitness feels it is fair to keep over $1700 even though training was not used. So they are keeping a substantial amount of money for doing nothing. Personally, I think this is just wrong and an unethical business practice
