Continuing Calls after Opting Out

This has to be the most annoying racket going.  Whether you reach a person by pressing the right number and requesting to be removed or by pressing the do not call button, the calls never stop.  The Caller ID number is blocked so a call back does not work.  The credit card companies deny using Card Member Services for this type of telemarketing.
