I contacted Google Play regarding fraudulent charges to my bank account ranging form $0.99 to $4.99 consistently on a monthly basis directly to my bank. I don't have anything link directly to my bank account. Google said they can't do anything about it although the charges are coming from them.

    Block it through your bank..
    Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E.
