Yes they say it is a 2week trial but don't give you two weeks to try it. I woiuld I know if I like the product if I don't recieve it until 2 weeks later, then they charge your account the next day. I been trying to get my money back also they told me 24-48 hours but it has been way longer than that.

    Kelley, you're right on.  I paid $3.95 shipping for a sample...that's ALL.  Before the two weeks were up, my credit card was charged almost $90 for a full shipment.
    I'm now waiting for their customer service to open at 8 AM MST.  Of course, their bankers' hours mean I have to wait another two hours to call.  I'll post again after I speak with them.

    I got rip offed too.  I got my cc bill today and saw this charge of $89.31 and had no idea what it was.  I called them and they were rude and refused to credit my account.  I still have not received any product either.

    Kelley and Matt, I just spoke to customer service, and after telling them that their Purchase Terms are ridiculous (I had used only five days of their product when they shipped the month's supply), their rep agreed to accept a return of the product and at that time, return the $89.31.  
    She was just repeating the 'company line' until I raised my voice a bit and told them that their company showed up quite frequently in online complaint sites, and that I was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas.  
    If they won't make good on this situation for you guys, maybe you can try the same method.  
    Any LEGITIMATE company would not have such stupid Purchase Terms.

    i have tried to get them on the phone. they always say there busy. i have waited for over an hour once with no luck. i want my freakin money back. how about you?

    They did the same to me and now I am waiting till Monday to "speak" with customer service. LOL I didn't know that I would get a lousy product billed at 90. There seems no help from the bank except cancelling my card which I already did, as they can keep billing me. I googled their location in LV and they are in some industrial park near the train tracks, a total and very good I might add SCAMMING OPERATION that plays on fears of colon cancer ect. Next time make the trip to the health food store and ignore these bozos.

    I am so PSSSD I won't recieve my money back I just know it from reading all the rip off reports at RIPP OF REPORT .com and on other complaint boards.
