Will Not Honor Warrenty

We bought a Springair Mattress two years ago with a 15 year warranty. After about 1 year we had body indentations on either side of the mattress where we sleep. We rotated the mattress every 3 months but that didn't help. I called Harry's Furniture where we purchased it and they came right out and picked it up and sent it back to Springair. Two weeks later we got it back dirty and not repaired. We called Springair for an explanation and they said it wasn't bad enough to make a claim and it sat on their floor for two weeks where it got dirty. I now get backaches every night from their mattress. I would never buy a product from Springair or recommend Springair to anyone who wants a quality mattress. Their warranty is a sham and that is how they trapped me into buying one.
