Goods was delivered damaged to the center and they did not follow up on calling the client back to inform what the procedure was. Two weeks later and still waiting to hear what is happening. Still waiting for the return calls as promised, numeral times. The company do provide great discounts on products, but this is the first time we receive a damaged product and it seems like nobody wanted to handle this.After 2 weeks called the head office and they stated that they will call back within the hour. Did not call back, but branch called back and stated that they ordered the parts and they will let me know when the product is repaired. So now I have to be satisfied with a refurbished product because they are going to repair it.... and not a new product will be received from the original provider! Not at all willing to offer me a discount at all for all my heartship and have to accept a refurbished product!
