replacement of phone

i bought this Nokia C5-00 hand set its IMEI no. is 357006044091284 on September 21, 2011 but on November it switched off and didn't yet start. i tried to repair it but not succeed. now i am unable to manage my work without cell phone. please grant my request to replace my phone. otherwise i will appeals to consumer court against your company for worst service. i already make complaint for two times to you. you can contact or reply me on my no. 09424369298 or mail me on remo.20.in@gmail.com
