Bed bug infestation on a couch that was purchased there

This pos company vcf! I've been getting bit almost every night now for the past couple of months and I've been writing it off as poison bc I do a lot of yard work in the summer time but this Mormon I woke up for work and took my pants off and found 3 bed bugs on them and checked our couch and it's completely infested!  Better believe this will be made known to everyone if they don't take care of it!  I'll be calling as soon as they open and if they want to play games after I've seen all of these other complaints I'll go to the media if I've got to this is ridiculous!  A brand new $800 couch are you serious someone is gonna pay bet that
