My card was used unauthorized on 09.10.2017 by someone with the help of State bank of India because I have not received any OTP for the Transaction done by that person who done fraud. on this web page most of the complainant is with regard to State bank of India only. My Fraud Amount is Rs. 7000/- this amount transferred to Merchant name like Google Services, Google Octro Inc & Google Moonfrog labs.

    Hi, i am also a victim of Google*OCTRO where 11000/- rs has been deducted from my debit card without any notice. so i have reached google and they have helped me out in getting me the refund.
    i will provide the link to google customer care so people who have faced the issue do fill the form, where google is going to call you and will note the details and will solve the issue for you. Try to explain everything clearly so that they can help you.
    If any case your problem is not solved with GOOGLE, then kindly lodge a complaint with CYBER CRIME and your bank also.

    I have received refund through google in span of 5 days since my account hack.
    Once you receive refund please share the procedure any help victims like us get their refund back.
