service interruption every time you turn around

I had called dtv and the customer service lady put in the computer that my payment promise was set for July 3rd and they interrupted my service on July 2nd . I think this is bull crap I have been with dtv since 2010 ( I think this is right date ) Every time you turn around they are doing this and I think they should change the way they interrupt your service so fast and especially when you have made a promise to pay . If this is how you do your work I'm thinking of going to another company like dish or charter..You people should understand that people have it hard these days no one is trying to rip you off . At lease wait and see if they pay on their promise date .( Confused about the way you'll treat people ) Maybe I'll stay with you and maybe I will move on to another company to see if they treat you better ..
