Degenerates who do not leave you alone

Somehow my  business phone is not being targeted by telemarketers. I am receiving daily and sometimes multiple calls daily from Card member Services in Atlanta, GA. They use software to disguise their number and it appears on my called ID as a local number.
After you politely ask to be removed from future calls, they immediately hang up.
Tried to research the company online to contact with this endless harassment but could only find endless consumer complaints.
