How can I complain about service I don't even get?

Direct TV is hands-down, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.  I live in an apartment building, our service  goes out at least twice a week, Direct TV will never come and fix it.  I would say that I don't have service more often that I do.  I have five or six channels I have never even seen - I call them the "searching for satellite" channels.  Bottom line, Direct TV is the worst company of all time and you owe it to everyone you know to talk them out of getting the "service".

    YUP...same problem.  Ditched the dish after a year.  Yeah, they make it sound all nice on tv, but don't tell you about requirements, such as clear sight lines, EXTRA cost to install if they have to do anything more than attach it to a roof or balcony...OH, nor do they mention they want to drill through your freaking WALL to run the cable??? Unless you own your own place...fugettaboutit..WAY more trouble than it's worth.
