I just found out that this bogus company charged my card 19.95. I wasn't sure what it was, so I called the number that showed up on my bank statement. But no one would answer my call. I am so livid right now. I already went through this once with a different company and had to shut off my card. Now it is happening again. I don't know what to do?!

As with all unauthorized charges, immediately contact your bank to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close your account or block your card due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. "Discount membership" scams have a pattern of using account information for charges by multiple "clubs", so if you are getting charged by one, you might shortly get charged by another that you don't even know the name of if you do not block ALL charges.
