this   company or the debt CO   they service, withdrew monies from my bank account without   me signing or authorizing them to do so by first signing the contact between me and them.  Upon calling the next day.

The lady I spoke with Bonnie, .  ...(would not give me her last name+-)
told me they could and did take these funds electronial from my account based upon what I said on a voice recording.  Heck I talked with these people two or three times, for over hour each time.  Sure I said a lot because I was trying to find out what they offered and if it was useful and helpful in  my suitution.  In the end I decided it was not and I signed nothing.

.  These guys are slick...as ice.  BEWARE and I can not emphasis that too much!  They prey upon those in    difficult situitions and reel them in .  One point which is very important they claim they can deduce $'s based upon a verbal recording they have of my voice.         And she said this can be used to authourize them to begin removing money from my account!
And she offer to play it to me.
I SURE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS legal and professional business interaction.      IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS PLEASE E-MAIL ME MEDLINPATRICIA@YAHOO.COM.

Another important fact .....at first contact         I did not call these people, I was on the computer and a bubble popped and took immediately to a person who welcomed me and started telling me           about the benefits they have to offer. I felt then and belief now that they some how knew my finiancal situation  and I was targeted.              THEN I was hooked to very sophicated ,   fast talking person...who after I hesitated put me on the telephone with another swift moving mouther who explained all the benefits. I received two copies of a contract, after which I deceived not to do business with this company.  Then they automatically removed  money from my account.

Bonnie? said they were authorized to remove money automatically  based on the recorded conversation.              "But because she was such a honest helpful person, and her company was top knotch She would gladly authourize a refund immediately!  Go figure!

CAUTION: THESE GUYS ARE BOTTOM FEEDERS MOVE VERY SLOWLY WITH THEM AND RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!

Banks are no NO fun right now..they are passing on  their difficulties to the middle class.......
BANK OF AMERerica threated  TO RAISE MY INTEREST RATE ON TWO SMALL CREDIT CARDS I HAD HAD OVER 15- AND 20 YEARS, TO 25.99% OH!  BUT I COULD OPT OUT .....AND CLOSE BOTH (OF COURSE THATS WHAT i DID)AND THAT WAS THEIR INTENT ALL ALONG.

HELP EACH OTHER BY BEING HONESTY FORTH COMING IN COMMUNICATING THINGS YOU THINK ARE HELPFUL ON LINE on site such as this one.

WATCH EVERYTHING AND EVERY BUSINESS INTERACTION!

REMEMBER The Consumer Law group , PA  are bottom feeders  watch them like a hawk.....they are very clever.

This is consistent with the pattern reported in many other complaints of fraudulent charges attributed to this company.

    Similar complaints.

Note the barriers put in the way of cancelling.  Supposedly, you could of cancelled, but in fact, they block that.

They are trying to back you into allowing them to just take your money, which indicates they are likely to provide little in return.  They are also trying to con and scare you away from filing fraud complaints, with their claim to have a "recording".

You provided your account information as part of determining whether to use their services at all, and you had NOT agreed to proceed and pay them.  They had not even fully disclosed their terms at the time they had already gotten your account information.

Do just what they don't want:
    1)  File a fraud dispute of their charges through your bank, and follow up with a WRITTEN dispute or fraud affidavit to your bank, to support your claim under FRB Reg. E, or FCBA.
    2)  File a fraud complaint with your local police or sheriff, and get a copy should you need it to support your bank dispute.
    3)  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and their state Attorney General.

You may have to close or block all card or account numbers that you provided them with, since they may try to cram charges on any of them.

Related postings.  Postings fit two categories:  raving reports about how good they are, and complaints by people who claimed they were scammed.  You decide.

They appear to have a telemarketing operation based in Florida.

    Contact the Florida Attorney General.

Do not, however, delay in filing a bank dispute, as that is your most reliable path to getting your money back.
