We have a $99 charge from google play on our account. No other info was provided on the bank statement. No one here has made any purchases from google play. Please return our money.

    It's a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
