lower credit card interest rates

I am on the Do Not Call List, yet still receive numerous calls each week from this company on both my land line & cell phones.  I've stayed on the line & asked them to take me off their calling list, but the calls keep coming.  I've called them back to see if the number left on my Caller ID is valid & either get a fast busy signal or a recording saying the number is not in service (yeah, right).
