EPG missing on many channels

I bought a recorder from Dish TV since they advertised it cheaper than their competitors, but many channels like Vijay TV (channel 913) have their programming guide missing. It is a waste to have a recorder of they can get the program information for such popular channel.

Waste of my money buying a recorder.
