Charged credit card and did not send product

I ordered Magna RX from speedy health on 4/3/2013 and have not received the product. My credit card was charged and I have paid. The message on the packing slip read that it was back ordered and would ship when the stock was available. It is now 10/2013 surely in 6 months you would have gotten stock or refunded my money.
