Calling constantly. Make it STOP!

These people should be sued.  Hmmm wonder if we can do this?  I'm on the do not call list but yet they are calling.  What is the punishment for such behavior?  Why could we not all get together and start a class action suit against them?  There is enough information for them to be tracked down.
