early termination

I was with dish for 9 months in a 24 month contract. I had to move so I called there home moving package. The people serviced the site and said I could not continue services because of no line of site. I was dissapointed and called provider they said I was stuck paying the early termination fee. When it was there fault they could not provide service. And I had to pay to send box back nobody lets you know that either.
