i phoned customer service to ask about product and told how it worked. got told it was ok 3 times by variou people that u could get product from another source like best buy or walmart. i wanted to get a tablet, asus transformer prime. flexi comprass sends me to las cruses, nm. this is 250 mile trip, one way. before i drove that far i wanted to make sure that this was ok. assured by customer service again.
upon arriving i went to the kiosk in best buy, las cruses nm, i was told your not in our territory. explained that i checked with customer service and told it was ok. to make a long story short, i had to drive home 250 miles back home. all their worried about is who told me this. i gave them the name and now their saying that person does not exist. really? thats the oldest trick in the book. THEY ARE A JOKE AND WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE FLEXI COMPRAS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND PROMISSES. PS I LIVE ON SSDI AND SPENT OVER A $150 TO DRIVE BASED ON WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME. THIS IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME AND MY FAMILY AND THEY ARE JUST BLOWING ME AWAY.
