Gameloft need to refund money paid for games not working

please delete gameloft programs/ games people invest in there games , i paid over 1.500 usd now and now it not works on 1 phone and 1 tables , you can even read in reviews so bad it is, from many costumers. so warn them  , stop let them upload new games before they fix all there old ones, so people not just loose there money. i want refund for all i paid how i do ? and it is more than fair when it not work anymore :-(

Today is 25 dec now is soon 1 month world at arms not working :-( and no reply from anybody, i want refund. How hard can it be to reply me. Is it scam or what? No costumer service no reply hmm sound like no staff to do there jobs, maybe all is fired or just leave this useless company,,,,

This is the answer i got back from google after complain over world at arms not work and ask for refund,,

are you JOKING ME , IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT?

So all can make app or games and work or not how do google care the get there money.

SO THIS IS FOR ALL SCAMMERS " MAKE A GAME WORK OR NOT IS OKAY YOU CAN SCAM MANY PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT "

    Your magic Kingdom game is such a scam everything is money and more money. Your land is way to much money. I'm so glad that I'm done spending money on your game. I've lost complete interest in it. When it takes months of saving the blue potion to buy more land you lose interest in the game. I used to spend a minimum of 500-1000 dollars a month on you game but never again. Once your characters are out for getting them they should never be taken away cause the person playing hasn't gotten everything you need to get them. That's crap all a scam to freak the serious players out to panic and spend big bucks to try to get them. [***]. Everything about this game is money, money, and more money. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Hope you all go to hell.

    Hi, I didn't subscribed to gameloft services, but you are charging me since 2 month 2.99$. I'm trying to reach you by phone, but no one answer the call. How can I cancel the subscription and get the refund?

    Gameloft have stolen over $800 from me. They will not refund the money and are lying. The game refused to upload so i uninstalled it and they continued to take multiple, sometimes duplicate amounts every day. DO NOT USE GAMELOFT SERVICES. I have reported them to the FTC. Something needs to be done about this nefarious , immoral, uncaring company.

      I had the same problem as David, or still has the same problem, Gameloft owed me almost $400.00 in refunds in SA RAND R4998.90, that was meant to be refunded into my paypal account due to unauthorized transactions that went off from DATA SMS AND SPICY GIRLS, they requested my paypal email address after I requested them to refund it to the services provider who can then refund or credit my account, after numerous complaints to WASPA and WASPA meruly forwarding mails to them did they tell me it was done, after requesting the details it showed they "refunded" only $12.42 that is still not reflecting btw, All of the sudden I get an email from service@intl.paypal.com with a message stating GAMELOFT returned the payment and I should update my email address, once I replied stating I am waiting for a link I noticed the actual email address reflecting was from  "GAMELOFT S.E. supplier.accounting@gameloft.com" They have just changed the account name to paypal.  This is one big scam and WASPA is doing nothing forwarding all my mails to the scammers with my contact details etc instead of helping our company.
      I had to change my password to my paypal account, still no response from WASPA or GAMELOFT!
      How is this company still trading???
