Bogus Charge

I have a charge for $59.95 dated 5-25-12 from DRI(Digital River Inc.) on behalf of Kaspersky.com.  I have used Kaspersky for the last several years to manage security on my computer.  Strangely enough, I have never paid for an online download.  I have always gone to BestBuy and bought a physical copy of their software.  I haven't used their products for the last year and a half.  Out of the blue I have a credit card charge for their product.  I've never received or authorized a digital download, nor have I ever received any confirmation for delivery of any of their products.  I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company.
