Touch screen not working in the aircraft.777

I travelled from New Delhi to Washington by air india.what i found that my TV touch screen not working.i told staff ,they kindly offer me to chage my seat ,but other screens are also not working.in fact most not working.since i had no other entertainment option with me .it was very annoying. Staff was very good and helpful.
