Cancellation

I do not recommend la fitness to anyone......Don't Join LA Fitness......i was going to la fitness for a while and like most people had quit going because of time, A couple of months ago I lost my debit card and recieved my new debit but forgot to notifie LA because I hadn't been there in months and the min they didnt get there money they called and asked for my new debit card number so I told the employee that I would like to pay my last month and cancel, he stated "can't help you with that has to be done online".....so you can take my money through the phone but. I can't cancel!!!!! What kinda BS is that.....do whatever I go online I cancel my monthly charge,, o by the way I had no contract with LA just Gave them my debit card number so I wouldn't had to pay with cash....all good right...wrong they still keep charging me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
