videopindw Activate

Hi, In my airtel postpaid number (9944640168), videopindw service got activated and i got charged for several times. I never activated this service but when i contacted customer care they are saying you only activated. This is kind of cheating the customers.  they are saying through browser popup it got activated.  One thing i want to say to airtel through any browser popop they cant access my my mobile from my phone. You people are fraud and gaining money. Instead of cheating you people can start begging to all over india that you are not gaining any profit.
