Need A Replacement

I bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. When washing, the washer stops, when it has 9 minutes left. Then the lights blinks, and the door can’t open. I have to use the breaker to hard reset, or plug it out, and plug it back in for it to work. The service guy came on June 2, and said there was no error message on the error board. So she was to come the June 9th to change the mother board. The same day he left, I try to do a load of clothes it did the same thing. I called him so he could see for himself that there was an issue, but he didn’t answer, so I called into the warranty place. On the June 8th, I recorded to washer, when you turn it on, turns itself off for over a minute it did that. I did hard reset it again. The service guy was to come between 12-4pm, he didn’t show. He called at 4:45pm at that time I was leaving. This reminds me of an appliance that I had before that did the same thing, they change out what they thought was the issue and it works Ok until it caught fire. Which I told them, that something was not right, but they would listen. What if I wasn’t home that day, it caught fire?!? I ask whirlpool for a replacement, pleading with them, just like I did when I had that appliance that caught fire after they fixed it because it’s under warranty, and they too are not listening. They only want to replace the mother board. How can I be at ease, feeling like this is a disaster waiting to happen. I’ve said this and the warranty place don’t seems to care about my concern. If this is the same thing, which,I’m sorry I have a very bad feeling about. I ask the warranty people, if because they choose not to care, and something like a fire happen with this appliance, are they willing to be accountable. They can’t say I didn’t voice my concern, or begged them to replace the washer because I did, numerous of times. Now, should I also be worried that of your appliances are going to break any day. I got them all less than a year ago. This really can’t be ok.
