Not received welcome kit

Dear Sir,
I hav sent accross my application form on 1st of june,It has been a month till day that i hav not yet received the welcome kit wich has the Id and the registration number in it,were in al my other freinds who had applied have received the same. i have received only the books which was dispatched to me on the 21st of july.Please help me out as it has already extended the deadline of payment of fees.I have contacted alot of times to al the 3 numbers provided in the contact screen of SCDL.

I have sent my application form no. 27902 on 17 July, 2008, but I have not received any admit card. I request you to take an appropriate action as soon as possible.
