Ceramic Brake Job Gone Bad To Worse

My husband and I dropped our 1999 nissan off in oren utah to get new brakes put on. Well, we got our vehicle back the next day and while on the interstate, the rotor and the wheel came off causing us to spin around several times before we hit a guard rail and by the grace of god, we missed a dump truck and other cars.Pep boys admitted responsibility and it took them two full weeks to get our truck back and we have had no response from Pep Boys after calling their legal dept several hundred times.They have left me with no other choice but to sue them.The employee who put our brakes on overtightened the bearings causing this to happen, we then were told that a master mechanic would be completing the brake job.

There is no excuse for this shady kind of mechanic work to be done !

We were almost killed and I will never take my vehicles to Pep Boys again and I suggest you don't either!Bad people with bad service!Totally disgusted with Pep Boys!!!!!!
