read my complaint again that there was no transaction in mercury which i had done and i verified from trinoma mercury, first and second floor that indeed no transactions done with hsbc card.  i received a message today in my cellphone that my dispute was declined.  this has to be strongly protested to and hsbc should be able to investigate this kind of anomaly especially if it is done to hsbc customers who had long been paying the annual fees of hsbc.  this is the first time that it happened to me and with the proof that those two supervisors of trinoma after investigating their september 2016 records of purchases, how can hsbc insist that i purchased when in fact not a dingle document from mercury was forwarded to mercury trinoma that such purchase they are claiming through hsbc services.  this is something which is wrong which hasbc officers have to attend to.  should this dispute be not investigated, i have to go to the hsbc president who has been transacting with us before to protest this kind of treatment.  the hsbc officers shoilkd be mroe careful in this kind of harrassment they do to their clients or else they will lose more customers.  in that dispure form i signify my intention to cut the credit card today and since your customer service put on record that they had cancelled my card, so be it but making me pay an amount which i never purchased the item from mercury is wrong and this has to be jkwritten, if media needs to know to find out who is telling the truthj.  OLIVIA C.
