I rented a car at europ car Mafikeng on the 02nd April 2014 with fuel deposit of R1000.00..When returning the car we noticed that the car had a small dent which then resulted in me not getting my fuel deposit because they still needs to sort out the matter with my insurance.Since then I have been calling and going in and  out of the office but they are not even trying to call me back or atleast showing professionalism when assisting clients.

I do not see myself using the company anymore.
