On 18 may 2010 I went to Kolkata on leave and took a new Airtel Sim connection no.9163628687, submitting all required documents,i.e Pan card,address proof and photograph.The Sim was activated within 24hours.But after 2-3days the services was disconnected. When I inquired about the services, I as told it is due to non submitting of documents,but no body could be specific about which document was not submitted. Subsequently the balance in my card was also made to zero. Due to this I was detached from my office for the period.why this should not be taken up at consumer court/TRAI.
