Every Sun. we eat at Zeller's Albert North cafeteria; today the service was the worst ever. 3 girls standing around chatting rather than taking orders. Finally Sydney who has been there quite long, came to our table moaning & groaning about how exhausted she is, finally took our order.
When she brought it the ham was not on the plate, when told she said oh it was under the grill I will go get it, she didn't come back. We asked another waitress, she told another waitress & when we were finished our meal they brought the ham with NO apology, no orange on the other order, which is a nice throat refresher to end the meal....We complained at the check out, excuses, excuses, excuses and No 'sorry'.....this is completly
unacceptable. The whole operation needs a serious upgrade, common customer service being HIGH on the list.
