I ordered  2 replacement wheels for my Husky 1750 Power washer from Home Depot 0n 5/3. I called 5/10 to find out when they were shipped and was informed that they were on back order and wouldn't be in until July 15th.  Firstly, if I didn't call, I never would have known about the July shipping and secondly too have to wait (2) months for simple plastic wheels is not acceptable. Now I understand why Home Depot and Husky are losing customers. Thank you for validating once again that you don't give a dam about customer satisfaction.

    On 5/10 I sent a complaint to Husky Powerwasher as you will note above.  This morning I received a phone call from a Zac Dawson of Husky offering an apology about the delay in the shipping of the requested spare parts with an explanation for the delay.  Although  I wasn't happy with the shippin delay I did appreciate the call and the quick response to my comlpaint.
