Rust!!!

I posted a message and pic to the Whirlpool FB page about rust on my Gold Series appliances. They replied with the typical "send us a private message" answer. The reps have spent a great deal of time telling me it is my fault because of the cleaner I use although they don't know what cleaner I use. I've contacted the Specialty Steel Industry of America and they referred me to another company of Stainless Steel experts. Bottom line: unless your using bleach or tile grout cleaner, these appliance should not rust in the short time/way they are.

Clearly, Whirlpool is using a grade of Stainless Steel that is sub par and so unacceptable that they would do well to issue a warning about this before purchasing.
