Called me to sign up for free gas card. My name was given to them by: Walmart

The man called, as usual at supper time. He had a strong accent, from India?? He said I had spoken to them a couple of months ago.  I wasn,t homeI had gone to Phoenix, Az from Xmas to the end of January of this year. I said it was impossible! He said wait a minute, then he tells me it was in June of last year???? I said go ahead an sign me up.  They are going to send me a package, at which time I will cancel. He was to give me toll free telephone # but I never got it- it was a recorder--everything was difficult to understand ,they spoke 100 miles an hour.  What disturb me was they have had my Mastercard # since then.  I had signed up but then cancelled, it was not American Auto Benefits.  They never billed me for magazines, restaurants, etc.  They must be connected with: TLG*Everyday (18776301295) and TLG*Shoppers (18005264848) they charged me $1.00 each to sign up.  It is on my Mastercard charge dated 6-30-10.  Why would they contact me now since June 2010 and what disturbs me is they have my CREDIT CARD #.  AS SOON AS I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE I WILL CANCEL.Should I recontact you??
