Paul hancox has messed up my rental and my mates so many times. Gave me a car that smelled of drugs and said he couldnt smell it. Gave me the keys for a car and he didnt even do the paper work so i was driving the car illegally. Didn't bother to personally contact me for my specialist car for my wedding, he said he gave the job to someone else when personally i told him to contact me. The return process was a mess he doesnt know what he's doing even with his partner vikramjit, they both clowns. I even asked vikramjit and paul that i need this sorted out but it was 3.30pm and both of them said they have to go home and they said send an email and we will sort it out tomorrow. Wtf
