sears repair wait time

Sears repair service is no set up to help the people that buy from sears . i have a dishwasher and they tell me its going to be three weeks to get someone to come out and check it that is uncalled for .... I own a forklift repair service company and if i am not out there the next day to repair there forklift they would call another company.and i would not never get a call from them again . This is what is going to happen with sears. No one should have to wait three weeks to get something repaired. Everything i have in my house came from sears and have for 40 years but now i will never buy the first thing from sear again
