I have been charged twice in two weeks on my Visa card for products I did not order not receive.

When I called the telephone line, the call could not be completed.  I will continue to report this to my bank and the BBB and as many sources as possible.

    Sounds like a cramming scam..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
