I have no idea how to get these people to stop calling me. I have told them on numerous occasions (more than I can count anymore) that I have never taken birth control pills and this does not pertain to me in anyway, but within a day or so or even within a few hours, I get another call from the same person it sounds like saying that they are calling from the "medical compensation department". I am over it! I want this company to stop calling!!! If they are going to continue calling at this point they need to PAY me for customer service calls since all I keep doing is answering the phone for their calls!!

File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.

If they are Indians, change your phone number.
Not much you can do about overseas scammers but become invisible.
Never answer calls from unknown numbers.

I received a call from someone I could not understand who seemed to know limited info regarding my birth control issues in the past.  Kept pressing for more info and became agitated when I would not give him more info.

I am receiving calls from The Medical Dept. every day also but not about birth control. The caller has a heavy Mediterranean accent and asks for my mother, tells me that they are going to send me a new card. I ask them every day to remove the number from their calling list because my mother died in June, and please stop calling me, so far it hasn't done any good. I have notified the FTC and I still get calls, I am on the do not call list but so far that hasn't helped either. I am really sick of being reminded at least once a day sometimes numerous times that my mother is dead. They need to catch on and quit calling. legally once you ask for a number to be removed from a calling list they can't call you, or so I've been told

I also received the call, the phone number was withheld, so I shouldn't have answered it.  Definitely sounded like caller was from India, said he was from "United States Medical Department in Florida", claimed he had my medical records which showed I had taken Yaz or some other kinds of birth control in the past and said I would have money coming.  I kept telling him it doesn't apply to me, that he was wrong, but he was so persistent ("why don't you want the money that is coming to you") that I just hung up.

OMG! I just got this today and I tried to do a search for the company online and even asked for a web address, nothing! The nI told the guy to get someone else that I could understand, but the other guy was just as bad and he told me he wanted to sleep with me! I yelled at them to never call me again. I tried to file a complaint on the FTC's website, but I couldn't find the right place to do it.

Reading these comments here, now I'm afraid they will call again.

Call received today 14 Feb 2014. Male, said his name was "Adam White" with STRONG Indian/Pakistani accent called - "I am from 'medical compensation' and I need to speak to the lady of the house." It's gotten stupid. I have received about 10 such calls in the past year. As soon as I ask "Are you from India or Pakistan?" they usually hang up. TODAY I got a verbal phone number - (707) 666-7660 and it does NOT match the *69 call back...was there really any doubt.

    >GET PROFANE WITH THEM! YELL, SCREAM, CUSS AND THEY'LL STOP ... for a while<

I just rec'd a call from these people, today! I have had them call numerous times...and I've blocked all the numbers they've called from....except, today the little f*ckers called from 000-000-0000...HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BLOCK THAT?! This time they told me that I have a large sum of money coming my way bc I had vaginal mesh surgery..(Which I never had) then he amended it to: taking Birth control Yaz (Which was over 10 years ago) How do they have that kind of information? Are they just asking everyone this? I have asked them to take me off their list multiple times, I've gotten angry with them and I've even tried being polite...but nothing seems to help....and changing my number is not feasible, for me either..(That's the number I use for my work...and I have way too many clients that have already come to know it) this is just getting ridiculous. And if I ignore their call, they just call right back, over and over ...they blow my phone up until I answer.

How do We get this to stop!?

Just called me, AGAIN. I've been profane. I've been rude back. I've asked to speak to a supervisor. I've even told them that I've know myself for 40 years and don't remember any surgery. But today was the best one, he said he was calling from the Medical Compensation Department in Georgia, which I have never lived in. (Drove through twice .. lol) Never had birth control or any surgeries that were mentioned, yet he claimed that his information was correct. I guess it takes a complete stranger from somewhere that you have never lived to know more about your medical history than you. He hung up on me after I asked 5 times how the state of Georgia would have my information.

I called the number back and i got a recording that the number i dialed 707-666-7660 had not yet been assigned to a customer... after getting heavily accented call promising me medical compensation monies... scam. Reported to FTC as we are on both Federal and State Do Not Call Lists. AT&T has per number blocking - which I just did too...

I just started receiving these calls this week. I called my phone carrier and they gave me an option on how to block unknown numbers. The available numbers are from a Texas, Chicago and Iowa area but always a different number. They rang my phone 8 times today. I think the more you answer the more they call. The last guy spoke in his native language except for "baby" & "I just love you" in between, I just hung up. Smh and Rme.... very annoyed...

They've been calling my work phone number. This morning it was John from the Medical Compensation Department of Arizona and he asked for me using my maiden name. When I asked his physical addres, he said he couldn't give me that information. When I asked again, he stated he had already provided that information and I said he hadn't. I kept pushing for an address and he finally hung up. This makes the third call this week. I can't wait for the next call! Game on.

I just had the same type of call from "Medical Compensation Dept" re: some sort of bladder thing. Clearly a scam. Possibly from India but maybe the Philippines (where they do a lot of "This is Microsoft and you have a virus!"). But how did they get my name? My tel number is unlisted. Could they have hacked records from an insurer?

I keep getting the calls so I turned the tables on them.   when they call I now call them back every 5 minutes.  I encourage everyone to do this and just leave your phone on mute.  they will eventually get it.  Sometimes I play them music sometimes I just let them hear me type.  it is kinda comical
