Whirlpool washing machines that do not have agitators in the machine,allow the clothes to move
and cause the machine to go off level and the machine shakes "so badly" that it broke my water pipes.
Whirlpool sent out a service representative and he agreed with me and told me that he knew about the
problem. That he could NOT FIX the machine,that it was an inherent problem. WHIRLPOOL
refuses to back their products and will MISLEAD YOU! Never buy WHIRLPOOL again!

    Frustrated
    Bought my whirlpool cabrio over two years ago.  Have always bought whirlpool under my mother's advice that anything whirlpool was worth buying because all whirlpool products were high quality and long lasting.  Got my first problem with the cabrio last month.  Spent $150 fixing balancing problem.  Just got the dreaded f15 error.  I am considering cutting my losses now and getting rid of my cabrio and boycotting any more future purchases of whirlpool products.  I have a family of six and really can not afford to be without a washing machine for more than two days before I am drowning in dirty clothes.
