Dear Sirs: my latest Credit Card summary includes and entry for the following:
02/08/12 DRI*Trend Micro Minnetonka MN $62.95
Be advised, I have not ordered nor used Trend Micro for the past 3 years. Although you have a fine product, your prices have finally reached a point that is unaffordable to me. Please make necessary adjustments to remit the $62.95 to my account and notifiy me when this has been done. Bill Baty
