I am Vera Hammond who has a chief compliant about this company and services you currently offer. Since 2/04/16 I have not requested any services. So when I needed a repair for several items in my home I contacted the server Dept was on hold for 30 minutes when I decided to go on line to make a request for my appliances this took place on July 1 did not hear from anyone when your policies state 24-48 hours of contact. I called back into your service Dept only to have to wait again over 20 minutes. Again I cancelled my contract after representative call contractor who then called me only to tell me I now have to wait an additional 3 days for someone to come out and to repair my appliance. The rep then sent me to retention dept who again to several minutes to speak with me and then became very rude. I am requesting a full refund of all funds collected since February 2016.
