I was completely deceived by them from get go. I was told when I set up my account my price was locked in for 2 years promotion for the entirety of the contract since I was getting the higher end channel lineup and it was to cover the 3 rooms but that was a lie. The installer did not have an extra box and stated he would be back in a week or two to set up the other room. That never happened but  after 11.5 months of the contract they doubled my bill. Even after spending countless hours speaking to various customer service agents, account managers, supervisors over and over again nothing happened and they made it seem like I was lying until they listened to the recording and found I was mislead and was told it would be rectified. Was it nope not at all, so after 7 months of calling and waiting to see it got corrected, nothing but another increase occurred I finally had it and canceled my service with them. Thinking I would be done with it, not in the slightest. I received 4 calls a day for a week harassing me to come back and no matter how many times I said no, no thank, ect but they kept calling. I'm so beyond annoyed with this company and suggest to anyone thinking about obtaining their service's RUN don't do it. It is not worth it you find yourself in a nightmare with them. I'm still waiting to receive the shipping labels and boxes to send back their equipment so I can be complexly be done with them forever.
