dirty and dusgusting...and those are it BEST qualities

Filthy, dirty and often broken machines are the norm.  Dirty locker rooms,  Showers and bathrooms encrusted in rust, grime and often slime.  The water in the pool often is coudy and murky.  Rude and arrogant staff that give you the runaround when you ask a question.  A lack of leadership and control over staff.  Staff generally refuses to give you their names unless they are trying to sell you something.  Misleading and outright false statements regarding the facitlity, its policies and what you actually will receive by those selling memberships and training.  Training sessions that begin with a qualified and certified trainer who knows what he is doing...for two weeks...then getting tranferred over to a 'trainer' who is not certified in anything but having you do the same thing over and over and over.  Training sessions that start out running 30 minutes in length, then slipping down to 25, then to 20 and somethinges even 15 minutes or less...all for the same cost with the same unqualified trainer.  An inability to get all of the answers when attempting to cancel your membership.  They will only tell you so much and when you follow their instructions they tell you that you need to do something else in order to delay cancellation.  When you follow the contract verbatim, they will tell you that you still need to do more.   Unauthorized charges on your credit card for services never requested and never delivered.  Threatening phone calls when you get fed up with their BS and stop further charges on your credit card (until you tell them you are going to the District Attorney's Office).  Heard enough??  How about laying on your back to perform a floor exercise, and looking over only to come eyeball to eyeball with a large cockroach?  Their response...no big deal, everybody has them.  I couldn't get out of there fast enough.  Do yourself a favor...stay clear of this place.
