I returned the book on 7/12/16 to cust service po box 37890 Boone IA 50037-0890. I sent a letter stating that I was having financial troubles at this time and can't afford it now. I don't have your book and your still billing me! Please stop and go look for the book in your returned mail  division. 10006186190

    Did you even order it in the first place?
    What does your financial position have to do with returning a book, and why is it any of their business?
