trailer for sale

I messaged to inquire about trailer for sale. Said I wanted to see inside pics. Got email saying to text and email them. Don't know what that means, so I emailed them. Heard nothing. Messaged again telling them I emailed them and also left my cell number. Heard Nothing. Looked online for the year, make and model of trailer to see pics, and came across scam alert about trailer that was same kind and looked at pic of trailer (outside) and one of the pics same as the one I saw on ad. The scam alert said do not email or call. I did both. Said that info is used for search engine purposes. When I looked that up, said that they could use SS #, drain bank accts. etc. with just email and phone number. What do I do?
