I also had a charge for $498.99 for Digital Star on January 30, 2012. Chase Bank told me it was for theatre tickets from a company in London England. Chase Bank was great. They credited my account and told me that I was not responsible for the charge. But, of course I had to be re-issued a new card with a new number. This was a business account and several vendors had to be contacted since there were automatic debits coming out of this account.

    Numerous similar reports of fraudulent charges are being reported on other threads.  It appears that "Digital Star Ltd." was "dissolved" on Jan. 29, 2012.  It looks like their merchant account is now under control of criminals submitting fraudulent charges.

    If you are getting fraudulent charges, IMMEDIATELY block the card number, and submit a fraud dispute to your bank.  Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges if you dispute promptly.
