Fraudulent call

I got a call to my phone from this guy Sean Peterson. It goes something like this: "Hello, This message is intended for ah (someone who wasn't me therefore I won't put in their name for privacy reasons). Hi, This is Sean Peterson with the Dept. of Legal Affairs and I as trying to reach in regards to a very important issue. [Mumbling something that sounds like:] There is an open notification for ¥ou in regards to the Law Enforcement Action that have been started on your name. If for any reason you are unable to call back, I would suggest you to have your retained attorney do it for you. [Mumbling again something that sounds close to this;] As in not calling might end up in a legal mess for you. I hope you (mumbling something that sounds like; take the strides?) and call me right back. This is Sean Peterson with the Dept. of Legal Affairs looking forward to speak to you. Then , goodbye."
I'm figuring that since this sounds like he's reading a script in a "Call Center" that this is some kind of fraudulent caller. People if you have the ability to do so on your phone I would highly suggest you use your BLOCK THIS CALLER feature on your phone and DO NOT return the call!
